The Transit Hordern 6x2 is available in all configurations of AU Falcon XL and XLS Cab Chassis, plus meets all Australian Design Regulations for vehicles. That means no-engineers certificates, no-after market bolt on jobs and no worries with absolute peace of mind.
Every 6x2 chassis is hand built to millimetre perfect standards, so of course it's covered by a 50,000 km warranty on workmanship from Transit Engineering in addiction to Ford's 3 year/100,000 km warranty on the balance of the vehicle. Thats some pretty serious coverage!
The cost?
The 6x2 conversion adds $8,316 (GST included) for 6cyl or 8cyl AU series 3 cab chassis, released 1st March 2002 (Includes upgrades to 16 inch wheels).
